Reason given for your ban: (C1.6) Community Ban - The Staff Team may remove any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues. - Permanent Ban
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for C1.6 which is a community ban around 2 weeks ago because I made an extremely stupid, distasteful and disgusting statement in my discord bio.
Why should we unban you ?: Firstly, I would like to say that I deeply apologise to and also thank whichever staff member is having to read and respond to this appeal for the time that you are having to spend dealing with a mistake that I made.
I believe you should unban me because I have been a dedicated member of the community for around 8/9 months now I believe, which I know is not much compared to a few in the community however I believe that it is still a long time, and throughout this time I have never received any form of punishment or even been reported, apart from my first day, when I was prompted with a name change. I'm not sure what my previous name was.
Over the last couple of weeks, taking a break from gaming and focusing on other things, it helped me understand and reflect on the stupidity of my actions. I have no idea what I was thinking at the time of putting the bio up, however the only way I can explain is it a mix of stupidity and immaturity on my behalf. I removed the bio the next morning after realising how unbelievably stupid and disgusting it was.
The ban issued to me was fully deserved at the time. The staff that saw the bio, and anyone else who looked at it, I'd like to apologise and say I'm sorry. It came off like I was trying to cause trouble, and after learning what past the server and community had with this sort of thing, I'd like to say once again that I'm sorry. I'm not that kind of person and I always try and do good by everybody. I'm the last person to get into trouble, especially regarding this sort of thing. We all learn from our mistakes and this is one of them that I will remember for the future.
I have loved playing on RPUK for the time that I have been doing so and sincerely hope that I did not cause any permanent damage for the server because of my stupidity. I truly hope that whoever is reading this appeal can decide to give me a second chance on the server. I can promise to be more mindful for the future and be more rational in my decision making.
