Why do you think you were banned: Why Do you think you were banned? G4.5 (Rules Surrounded when you have been revived) and C1.7 (Common Sense). G4.5 was placed on me as I took it upon myself to instantly go to the desk to claim back my items, After being downed and revived from hospital. I proceeded to attempt to help 2 people avoid being arrested, I used my knuckle dusters to down the Police Officer. There is no defence for this, It is a clear breach of G4.5 and I would like to apologise to the Staff involved, and the Police Officers involved in this situation, I was massively in the wrong, There is no one else to blame other than myself. C1.7 was placed on me, As I made an incredibly stupid comment about the server, Whilst also speaking out of character. Likewise with the other reason this current ban has been placed on me, I would like to apologise to everybody this affected. It was something that I did not truly mean, but It was also spoken in the complete wrong enviroment. I should have held my tongue, But I didn't. For this I am sorry.
Why should we unban you: I have taken roughly 6 months away from the server. Whilst away I have came to terms that the standard of RP that I held leading up to my ban was not very good at all, I did not take the server very seriously. However, After taking this time away from the server, I have decided to reappeal my ban, As I would love another opportunity to with-hold the standard of RP that I have held previous to my ban. Previous to my ban, I held a very high standard to RP, and was adding quality to the server, I would like to restore this to the server. This high level of Roleplay will be held across every character I choose to play, That goes without saying. As well as coming to terms with my low level of RP in the weeks leading up to my ban, I also came to terms with the situation that ultimately got me banned. I have looked back on the situation, I cannot help but wonder what was going through my head at the time. I recognise my mistakes that did get me banned, and acknowledge how things could have been so very different had I have just followed the rules, Not only would I not be banned, There could have been a high level of RP between Police and Civilian if I did not disturb it, But I did. Again I really do apologise.
In my appeal in 2024, I was asked whether I stood by my comments about the server. As I said in my reply, I really do not stand by my comments, I have been actively playing on the server for such a long time. I cannot remember why I made such a comment, As I had absolutley no reason to. It was the wrong thing to say, Wrong time and wrong place. I was IC and spoke OOC about a different server, What was said was unforgivable. I can only hope that I am given the chance to prove how much I enjoy the server once again, to prove to you that the comments I made were not true.
