Why do you think you were banned: I believe I have been banned due to a misunderstanding involving me using a vehicle to kill a person in a Roleplay scenario.
Why should we unban you: I do understand that my actions have broken a server rule and I take full responsibility for that. I have taken time to reflect on the situation and reviewed the community and server rules so I can understand the rules a bit more and what would be expected from me if I get appealed. I have always enjoyed roleplaying and being apart of the community of RPUK. I would really appreciate if I could get a second chance to return and show that I can follow the rules and show that I can be positive to the community.

I am not looking to make up any excuses, I would just like one more opportunity so I can learn from this mistake and prove that I can be respectful and responsible for my actions inside the server.

How do you believe this is a misunderstanding?
You deliberately ran someone over with no words said, returned to the scene as NHS arrived - said nothing, and proceeded to also run them over before leaving.
Why did you choose to do this?

I believe this was a misunderstanding cause I was using my mic and was trying to speak and then I believe they heard me without me realizing they never actually heard me. I ran the EMS over cause she wouldn't let me get the other person, so I ran her over but I was gonna grab the other dude for my roleplay but I knew if I got out the cop would of tased me and then cuffed me anyway.

I choice to do it cause of a RP I was doing but I never realized my mic was not working.

Well the first person I ran him over by accident cause yet he was still standing on the road and with the car I was driving I tried to slow down and I didn't slow down in time cause I was looking behind me cause I was being followed and went to the store to grab a phone cause I did die before hand.

Then I went back to get him to take him to hospital to then kidnap him for a bank robbery and everything.

He wasn't in the road. You purposely went off the main road.
There was plenty of space on the main road, and the 'parking-bay' area which he was standing in.
I fail to believe this wasn't intentional, especially as you came back, and ran over the NHS.
