Unban Appeal for DanielGomezzz

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was with multiple people and we attempted to rob somebody, he failed to RP and drove away. About 10 minutes later we were at the hospital when this individual came back to us with 3 of his friends in lorries. They VDM'd all 5 of us and left us on the floor, I asked if they were going to take us to the hospital which was across the road, they said no. They were not doing anything with us, they VDM'd us, it was 5am and they literally said they weren't going to help us..
Why should we unban you ?: I was down for the full amount of time to where I could respawn and they had not even attempted to move me after VDMing 5 people, I truly do not feel as though I combat logged and if this still comes under that rule then that was never my intention. Also I should note that the time was around 4:30AM and I was just laying on the floor, I had no reason to stay in the city especially as they were not doing anything with me. I will sum the situation up fully below.
1. Communication Breakdown
During this specific roleplay scenario there was a lengthy process that should be broken down, me and my friends had attempted to roleplay with the other party involved. Despite our attempts to engage in roleplay that worked well for both groups it was very apparent that the other person/group was not willing to engage in cooperative roleplay which led to the final incident. From failing to RP and then VDMing 5 people their intentions are clearly shown.
2. Time
The incident happened around 5am as stated above this is a huge contributing factor to me leaving while downed, my full intentions were not to logout during an "active" situation but as stated above the other group were not doing anything other than ramming vehicles around us while we were downed, i asked them to take me across the road to the hospital which they refused, i interpretated this as they were just going to leave me down in the road (which they had already done for 15 minutes) I was already fatigued and found it challenging to engage in a roleplay situation that the other group were not even attempting to roleplay or follow rules. I have been in multiple roleplay situations that could be frustrating with other groups who were roleplaying and following rules and I have never logged out.
3. Roleplay
The roleplay situation was rather intense as we were attempting to rob players for their items which had involved planning and preparation only to be VDM'd by a group of players that failed to follow any type of roleplay rules. This was another contributing factor as to why I logged out while down.
4. Intentions
My true intentions were not to "combat log" but I did want to logout and go to sleep, me wanting to logout did not come from a bad place and I did not want to just logout to ruin roleplay or anything, but honestly my thought process was, it's late and im tired I don't want to wait around here for 2 hours waiting for NHS to come and get me up (i dont even think any were online) so I logged out.
