Why do you think you were banned: Whilst i don't fully recall the full event, i know that it was for combat logging and this was poor form and not in the spirit RP
Why should we unban you: Please allow me to apply further effort in a bid to achieve being unbanned, id ask that you consider unbanning me as its been a considerable amount of time since i committed my offence, and whilst i drop in and out of GTA RP i have yet to find a server that compares and provides the environment that Roleplay does, this further makes me regret my unsportsmanlike like conduct of the past as a result i am unable to play here which is of major inconvenience because as stated the experience is so good at roleplay.

now i have tried alternative RP servers and its clear to me that the most fun i had was here, i think at the time i was not taking the RP as serious as i should have been and thus didn't act in the spirit of it fully. having progressed since then and found that i really do enjoy it and id like to join the server again and play with friends and enjoy and fully immerse myself in the RP experience again and commit to adding value to the server and community and helping to grow it, i have full remorse for my previous behaviour that led to my ban and i assure you, i will only act in a complimentary way moving forward.

Whilst you don't recall the event, we do.
You got into an altercation with Ballas and then eventually got shot after you talked some smack to them.
Does this ring any bells?

What I am interrested in is when you were spoken to by a member of staff that you were also not taking them seriously.
How can we be sure that you will respect both the rules and members of staff going forward?

Thank you for jogging my memory and clarifying, i do remember now.

You are quite right, i remember not taking the staff seriously whilst i acknowledge they were quite right to be talking to me and carrying out their duties and i was somewhat juvenile and in turn came across disrespectful.

As an adult i accept my conduct was below par and i can assure you that in future i would be most mindful and aware of my conduct and that in fact my previous conduct is out of character for me.

given the length of ban i have served and the fun and enjoyment i have missed out you can trust that my future conduct will only be complimentary to the players, staff and rules of the RP.

I can assure you I have grown out of such behaviour, for a majority of the last year I was actually traveling and broadening my horizons and taking in different cultures which i think has really helped me grow as a person and as a result i approach things from a much better mature angle.

i was banned under rule C2.3 for combat logging, this means whilst in RP scenario logging off or switching your PC off to avoid being killed or found and in turn looted or loosing your inventory. it is very much poor form and sportsman like conduct.

That's good to hear, do you have any examples of this?

In the case that this appeal is accepted your inventory will be wiped as it would have been likely you would have lost your stuff to Ballas if not to death itself.

i think a great example is having traveling through Asia there have been various times where there has been language barriers and minor differences of opinion when it comes to how much things should be etc and i have had to learn to navigate those instances and keep the peace and ensure calm so that a fair resolution can be had for all parties. i have seen much growth in this respect.

i fully understand and accept that if my appeal is to be accepted i will have lost everything that was on my person as you have quite rightly stated this would have been lost one way or the other.
