Why do you think you were banned: Because I shot someone without roleplay
Why should we unban you: we are in a gang war with the person involved and I have screenshots from saying that we had a hit on our heads from their leader and the next day after this incident they shot us and killed my friend with no roleplay (which also means he remembered after being killed) which is against the rules, you can't ban us for this reason and not ban the other party for doing the exact same thing the next day...

This is a poor appeal, it doesn't cover the RDM which you were banned for and says nothing about you killing anyone, and you've failed to mention the C2.3 aspect of the ban either. I suggest you try again with more effort/detail.

We absolutely can ban you and not the other party. You are free to open a report on the other party.
