Why do you think you were banned: As I said in my pervious appeal, I’m not really sure what was said during this conversation with whoever was involved at the time. I don’t think anything malicious was said. I think it was a conversation between me, someone else and a staff about a situation that had happened in game. I’m guessing an argument occurred within this discussion and maybe something was said, well I got banned for it so, something must’ve been.
Why should we unban you: This isn’t really going to be related to the conversation in why I was banned because I don’t remember well why I was actually banned. I think I should be unbanned because during my time playing the server I created a gang called The Chippieones. We never got whitelisted, but our influence around the city was massive. Sometimes it might’ve not been a good influence but most of the time it was. I think we added a lot to the gang scene during our time on the server by role playing and creating storylines with other whitelisted and non-whitelisted gangs. There was a core group within the gang but we also helped out others that joined. We brought them and taught them the ways of living a good role playing gang member and how they should treat the server. After our warnings that we got as a gang and individually, we started taking things very seriously and really tried to benefit our own gang by making a reach for the white listing status. Obviously this never worked out as individual decisions cause the gang to practically get a blanket ban but that’s a discussion for another day. I just wanted to rant about during the time me and others had on this server, we had a big influence in a relatively short period of time and I think that’s what sometimes this server is missing. A proper gang (non-whitelisted) that grafts and gives the bigger gangs something to think about. I don’t think that we were very liked by staff in many ways (bar Isak), but I think for the gang scene we were an overall positive and I’ll argue that forever. As I’ve said I can’t really talk about how sorry I am because I vaguely remember what’s happened to cause my ban, but I can discuss what happened during my time on the server and the many people I interacted with and also became friends with.

Hi PsianaRama, thanks for responding so quickly.


I'll admit that looking back on that, I was obviously acting immature and probably at the time was a wee bit heated during our conversation due to the magnitude of the situation. I think that because of the report that was put against me, I was severely annoyed about the way it was put against me, meaning he didn't even come to chat to me but went straight to the forums instead.

As I've said, looking back on that report and conversation, the comments towards this guy were very immature and unneeded at the same time. I should've responded with respect and had an overall civil conversation with him and the staff.

I do obviously have the ability to interact with people as an adult, but that was in the heat of a moment kind of thing. I don't usually get that angry and petty towards people, but i think because of the situation, my head had gone. I'm not saying that's acceptable, I'm just taking accountability.

Since being away I've looked back on the game and realised sometimes i took things to seriously. I now feel like if i came back, id be a lot more reserved with my judgement and would use a lot more sense in my thinking towards different roleplaying situations.

Hi @Stavik thanks for taking the time to reply.

I agree it doesn’t take much to be civil with people. I always try and stick to the rules and at the time I was going through a period of trying to improve the gang I was apart of so didn’t want the inconvenience of being banned. As I said in my previous reply I was just annoyed with how the report came about but I’ve already discussed about that.

I’ve obviously not played in a wee while and I’ve realised how much fun it was at the time. If I get let back into the server then i will try my best to get the best out of every role playing situation, I’m not saying I’m going to be perfect at it, but I’ll definitely try my best to get the most out of every situation. If I get back into the server I’ll be very conscious of the rules in place, because in all honesty I know this would probably be my last chance so I don’t want to waste it.
