Why do you think you were banned: So ill set the scene, I needed money on my Wade character so I put my Zentorno on the Marketplace, I get messaged by a number and we've negotiated and it turned out to be Dimitri and it all happened through natural roleplay and the sale was made which I don't think was the issue, The issue lied the next day when we was at Mosely's and we was buying Gto's and we got told like if you buy 3 we can do you a deal, David was on 750k and I transferred him 250k from Wade because its what I've done again and again so it was just instinct to just help out one of my gang members and it never came across my mind that I was giving David the money I got from Dimitri, my actions wasn't intentional and it genuinely was a mistake and didn't think anything of it until I got pulled in a ticket.
Why should we unban you:
Now after reflecting I can see where I went wrong and I should of never gave the loan and should of been more aware and it all could of been easily avoided, I've only been banned a few times in the space of 3 years of being in the server and my first ban was when I was 3 days in, I can assure you that anything like this would never happen again and I'm going to be more careful and have been nothing but honest in this appeal, If I am allowed to come back I'm going to continue streaming Wades journey in C-block finishing off the scene with The Lost which was something that I was enjoying and getting a lot of attraction and for the people in the server see another side of the crim life where everything is just chaos and to show people that not dumping people after an altercation can lead to a lot of RP also showing gang RP can be played in a high quality and doesn't always need to end in shootouts to be fun. I am aware that the rules that have been broken do come with a character wipe and happy to do that because the assets and money was never really something I cared about and here more for the roleplay and the interactions I have with other players.
