Reason given for your ban: because i was 17 so i was underage but i turned 18 on the 3rd of february 2023 when i turn 18 but i was 17 on the 2nd of february 2023{the day i got banned }

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Because i was underage i ik it was unsafe and i do understand where youse was coming from but i litro turned 18 on the 3rd.

Why should we unban you ?: Because i have re read all the rules 10 plus times and i understand everything and i really do miss the server and i am now 18 and i believe i should have a second chance and i have been out of city for a very long time and i wanna come back

As stated in your previous unban appeals, for safety reasons, we cannot allow those who may be under 18 on the server and as we cannot be sure when you turn 18, a year must have passed. 
Given your lack of understanding on your previous appeals, I am inclined to believe you have not turned 18 in the few months that have passed.
