I will be directly responding to that decision and the comments left under that thread as well as giving the best explanation I can possibly give, I hope you bare with me as I go on.
Firstly, I would like to apologise for breaking the rules, as much as I was certain that my log was due to the power cuts in my area at the time of offence; I trust the data that you have as you mentioned you were able to see that I did not log off the way I previously described.
Again, I was 100% this was the case and I can provide evidence that I did in fact suffer to these power outages at the time as I even had to move the contents of my fridge/freezer to a friends house, I understand this might sound a little funny and isn't directly related to the situation, but if nothing else it may provide the insight and proof that these power outages were not a fabricated story.
However I don't want this to come across as me disputing what you are saying, if you have the data that suggests I logged off in a different manner then I'd be foolish to do so.
I can assure you that this was not something I intended to do, the only explanation I can think off regarding such a situation, is that I possibly logged off and turned off my system due to the anxiousness I was feeling at the time knowing that there were ongoing reports of the power outages in my area at the time of offence.
But I digress, I know that this part of the appeal is to answer the big "why should we unban you?" question so I won't bore you with excuses or explanations.
I take full responsibility for my actions and would like to apologise if I harmed anyone's experience within RP or caused any inconveniences to the staff that had to deal with this case.
I of course would also like to apologise for failing to comply and follow server rules to a T.
I understand this is something all the staff worked hard on and continue to do so, be it by updating and creating new rules, and/or by enforcing them so I completely agree that any violation to the rules will not be excused, with no exception to me.
I want to make my case by taking responsibility for my actions but also to ensure that this is not something I'd be silly enough to do again.
Due to the fact I had a friend who was banned for a similar reason well over two years ago, I should've been more vigilant and quite frankly, not an idiot considering I knew what the repercussions would've been, and that stupidity was what led me into this situation.
I will respect the decision you come to make, regardless of what kind of outcome that may be.
However, I'd be lying if I said I don't care. Because in all honestly, I'd love to be a part of this community again as the encounters and down right enjoyment is second to none.
I'd be grateful if you could consider my appeal, and I'm eager to hear you response.
