Why do you think you were banned: After speaking with stavik was because i broke character and did not act my injuries when getting picked up by a member of my gang during a fight with another gang
Why should we unban you: although i was warned for breaking character the other day there was a reason i broke character telling someone not to say something, i did also mention the clouds at another point, this still does not make it okay, i broke character in this situation while being picked up by one of my members without even realising, but once i was then picked up by PSK i did proceed to to act my injuries which i was then confused to why i was banned.

but i did have a conversation with stavik to try clarify what i did, like i said it was a lapse of concentration and a mistake

You were banned on the 28th of this month and have appealed it not even two hours after your ban, this to me shows you haven't taken any time to reflect on the situation and learn from it.

Looking at your record you have two bans and multiple warnings with two of them being about breaking character - you've had plenty of warnings Jay so with that I will also be sending you away for two weeks, you may appeal again on the 14th of October.

I would advise you write up a more in-depth unban appeal for us to review, as we like to see the effort put in as we do dedicate our own time reading through them.
