Why do you think you were banned: Hello, firstly id like to say thank you for taking time out of your day to look at my ban appeal. I was banned for the rule break of (G3.1) metagaming. This was discovered in a clip that was posted by my self on medal, I can provide this clip again for staff if it is required in this appeal. The situation was fully and thoroughly discussed at the time of my ban through a discord ticket with staff, I believe it was saiint. To recap, it was a very late shoot out between myself and Katie Cortella, In this clip, you can hear my own and Katies voice in a discord call during the shoot out. The shoot out stemmed from an argument between our characters (Jessy & Katie) in the city. After our discussion in the discord ticket we admitted it was poor RP from us, apologized and agreed with the staffs decision to ban us for the 1 month cool down.
Why should we unban you: I would like to think i would be allowed back due to not really ruined any roleplay with anyone else in the server. Jessy, and the rest of the cortella family in the city, are well known members in rpuk and we always hold high standards of RP, and provide fun experiences and interactions with other characters. while we have been on our cool down, we realize the mistakes we made and we miss RPUK greatly. If i was to be let back into rpuk I know I would not make the same mistake with using discord again, I understand I have been in these forums before, and I know I can prove my self, I hope staff can give me that opportunity. You're right, the situation was poor RP from you.

I would like to think i would be allowed back due to not really ruined any roleplay with anyone else in the server.

I'd say you think wrong, here, we're not just going to welcome you back because it's "not really ruined any roleplay with anyone else". In my opinion, if you provided poor RP here and metagamed then there is absolutely nothing stopping you from doing it in other roleplay scenarios that COULD ruin roleplay with everyone else.

I've just had a read through your ticket, and I notice you're closing lines were "No wonder the city is dying", how comes you wish to return then?

I believe I should be offered the chance to redeem myself, I have shown prior to this instance that I can show good RP and I know this was a massive mistake on my end. The reason I said that in my ticket is in the moment I was very heated (which is no good excuse but my emotions got the best of me). I know that I have learnt from this mistake and I can be better and will be better moving forward if the offer is there. Once again, I am sorry for all of this especially as I know better than to do what I did that evening. Having this break I believe has made me realise I am missing out on the community and the friends I've made on this server from my own mistake, moving forward I really do hope I am given the chance to redeem myself. Personally, I don't think you took the ticket with staff 100% seriously, for someone who was wishing to stay on the server.
One of your comments being "firstly id like to say its embarrassing to see an ex Vagos member with such terrible aim" which to be frank, had absolutely nothing to do with the reason you were in that ticket to begin with.

If I let you back, again, for a third time, surely I'd just be running the risk of you being banned for a forth time or perhaps you letting your emotions get the better of you?

Hello again, I have no excuse apart from being very apologetic.
My comments were out of pocket and the heat of the moment, I had not been in the correct mindset and I’m extremely sorry for my actions and words that day and following into the ticket.
In the moment I honestly was extremely disappointed and thought that was it and just let it consume which is inexcusable.
I do believe if I’m given another chance I won’t end back up in the appeals, having the break has made me reflect on my actions and choices of that evening and how embarrassed I am of my behaviour.
I know I don’t have a good leg to stand on with having being banned before but I can honestly say that I will not break the rules moving forward, I’ve taken the time to acknowledge my behaviour and actions and do believe I can be and will be better if that was an option.

This comment doesn't sit too well if I'm honest, doesn't come across to me like you think the ban is valid and you'll just be let back in because you've appealed.
