Why do you think you were banned: Good afternoon, I’d like to start off by saying sorry for the way I started my other ban appeal and also thank you for the staff who will read this.
The reason I was banned was due to metagaming which is G3.1 in the rules.
This was discovered by a clip on my medal in which showed me and Katie Cortella talking in a discord call whilst having an arena style shootout which is poor roleplay (G1.2 & G2.12) and also G2.8 in-game communications only which obviously using discord is an out of city use.
Doing all of this comprises the server and also ruins other people’s effort and roleplay experiences with myself and Katie disrespecting the rules and breaking them, and to keep the server fair no one is above the rules, not me, Katie or anyone and so this is why I was banned as I broke multiple rules and disrespected the server on top of that I apologise for being cocky and rude to the staff in the ticket and I’ve had a lot of time to re-consider my actions of that night.
Why should we unban you: I understand the reason I was banned and with the time I’ve had off from the server I’ve been reflecting on my actions and honestly feeling extremely stupid and embarrassed of that evening. With my ban time out I believe that I can come back to the city better than ever, I’m wanting to come back and expand Jessy’s life and really grow his character within city, possibly looking to learn how to craft guns and drugs and build up an empire if possible.
This city really gave me a great escape and I love the community and the people I’ve met within it but because I chose to do a stupid incident I landed myself in appeals. I know my prior bans and warnings are on my profile for combat logging but I believe I’ve learnt my lesson every time and have bettered myself and come back with a clear head.
If there was a chance I could be re-allowed in the city I’d be extremely grateful as to me this is a brilliant server with great and fair staff and brilliant people. Once again I sincerely apologise and I do hope whichever staff member picks this up has a lovely rest of their day.

It's certainly a step in the right direction, when you show clear understanding of why your actions on the server violated the rules that are in place to make it fair for everyone.

I’ve learnt my lesson every time and have bettered myself and come back with a clear head.

I'd like to start by asking you in relation to this - How many more 'lessons' is it going to take, for you to follow and understand the rules?
How can we be sure you're not going to be back in the appeals section in a few months time or less?
What positive action do you think you can take, to ensure that it won't happen again? Because promises just don't quite cut it.


Can you tell me, in some depth, the rules you have broken?
Can you tell me why we have those rules on a RP Server?

Good morning Violet!
I’m well thank you, I hope you are too.

If honest with you Violet I honestly believe this is the last time you’ll see me in appeals, I’ve realised how stupid my actions were and the consequences for not just myself metagaming but it also ruining others roleplay experience. For that I’m extremely selfish and I have no excuse apart from that I’m sincerely sorry for it.

With my break I can tell you I won’t be breaking any further rules to end up in these appeals. If for whatever reason I was to I’d understand that the consequences for me would be permanently banned without being able to appeal as I know I’ve wasted staff time and I really thank you for taking the time to read over my appeal.

Positive action I can take i believe is that I’m in these appeals talking to you, any further positive action I believe I’d need some trust to show you that I have changed for the better, I believe if you offer your trust to me to be allowed into the server I can show you that I’m wanting to continue Jessy’s story and without any further foolish behaviour. I love the criminal route I was on and so I want to further the knowledge with that and possibly look to create an empire of some kind for drugs making and gun distribution.
The rules I have broken are as followed;
G1.2 - random death match/low quality or no roleplay at all (G2.12).This was due to the arena style shooting I had with Katie as we were talking all over discord and not using radios or phones, we also offered no roleplay as we both only chose to be violent and offer nothing interesting to the community, which takes me onto breaking the rule G2.8 which is to use in game communications only, as myself and Katie were using discord we were not using any in game communication which is another rule break. Following on, G3.1 which is OOC information rule break also known as metagaming. This was a clear rule break as we were on a discord call discussing where we were in the hills to benefit both of us to shoot each other down. I’d also add G3.15 - power-gaming. The reason I say so is because it was certainly forced hand on both of us as we were able to create the scenario to ourselves benefiting ourselves and ruining roleplay for everyone else.

Furthermore, the reason RPUK has all the rules for community and the FiveM server is to keep the city a safe and fun community.
No one is above the rules as the rules are needed so everyone knows that when you enter the city you enter into a new place, you need to still act realistic just as if it was a situation you were in yourself.
This server has taken a lot of people’s time to create and make the best I’ve ever seen, the community is brillant, the staff are helpful and fair and with that people are trusted to come in and follow the rules.
I know I’ve broken your trust and the rules on more than one occasion but with that I honestly believe I’ve learnt my lesson and will now continue to better myself to prove to yourself and other staff I’ll continue to be better and create fun roleplay situations for myself and other involved.

Thank you for your reply.
You've certainly explained it well enough now, why these rules are in place.
I understand when it gets late, and there's not a lot of people around - so standards slip as you want to have a bit of fun with friends. But Rules are in place for a reason, and it makes it fair on every body else.

What should you do in future, if you wish to play an arena style shoot-out with friends?

You mentioned you'd want to continue your Crim character and what you'd look at doing that - Tell me more about ways you'd do just that?

Hello again, hope you’re doing well.
Even if it gets late and standard slip it should still be kept well above the standard asked for and I disrespected that and faced the consequences for my actions for breaking the rules and being very simply an idiot.
If for whatever reason we wanted to have an arena style shootout it would never take place on the server, there are other games for that scene to play out and it should’ve been taken there and for the continuous future it will forever take place on other games.
I do want to continue my crim character. Personally, I think I’ll be giving gangs up for awhile but I’d like to look at becoming a supplier for gangs. Making and selling drugs and making and selling guns. Learning how to craft it all and building myself up and maybe if I’m able to do that create my own gang/empire of distributing guns and drugs but that would be a lot further down the line if I’m able to re-learn it all.
Might even consider looking at the solicitor route but I think I’d prefer to try to become my own crafter and distributor before hand.

I'm glad you're aware of your actions, and what to do in future. It's also nice to see what avenue you'd like to explore within RP.
However, I'm still concerned.

Since being a part of this community, you've previously broken some of the most integral, yet avoidable rules.
Now, this one to add to that.

Combat Logging, Transferring between characters, warned for loitering, and multiple name changes.
What can you do or say, that will convince the staff team you are someone we'd allow to continue to play here?

That’s good to hear, I’m very well too. Enjoying the heat.
I completely understand that you’d be concerned as my track record is not the best, so in that matter your concern is valid and I do see this.
I’ve been apart of the community since November 2023 and Ive had a handful of warnings, kicks and bans as well.
There’s no excusable reason and all I can say is I’m a fool and have been extremely stupid to land myself in these appeals yet again for something which is so easily avoided and I still slipped up and have faced consequences for all of my actions.
I honestly know that if the chance was there for me to come back I’d prove to the staff team I’m so much better than all of these bans, kicks and warning as I’ve realised I’ve lost such a great community full of fun and friends due to my own idiotic actions and choices whilst being in city.
I’d really like to prove that I can be better and become even better than the standard which is asked of everyone.
Since November 2023 to now I’ve grown as a person and especially over the last two months after realising there is a possibility there’s no place here for me due to breaking such a big rule put in place to keep the dynamic in game and the brilliant roleplay everyone else has.
Once again I’m super sorry to the entire staff team and to the community as I have failed to follow the rules and show respect.
