Server: GTA RP
Character Name: Jim Daniels
Steam ID: 76561198033002783
Ban ID (just the numbers): 123456789
Ban Reason: C1.6
Why do you think you were banned: Apologise I can not provide the Ban ID, I am banned from the discord which means I cannot connect to the server to recieve the appropriate infomation needed.

I was issued a C1.6 due to my behaviour revolving around a incident late October to early November of 2024. My behaviour was irrational and I was stressed which is no excuse for my behaviour.
Why should we unban you: I've had a decent amount of time to reflect on the situation from time to time and see where I went wrong to take accountability. I still can not stress enough that the actions of others was not under my influence or cohersion. I believe even still to date a few people who know of me have tested the staffs patients by bringing my characters name up either in-game, forums or discord. I do not promote this behaviour as it would obviously never favour me wanting to write an unban appeal.

I've taken time to reflect on the way I behaved during the ticket and the moments before it. The simple answer is I was angry. A lot of the things that happened were affecting more than just roleplay, since then I've had the time to sort everything out. I've reached out to a few in this time and spoken to them outside of the walls of RPUK whilst keeping to a level of maturity to not ask about RPUK.

There is obviously inevitable times where the topic of RPUK comes up and I start to remanise. Talking about achievements, scenarios or in general good memories. Hence the writing of this unban appeal. RPUK thrives with a strong community that whom make the server a enjoyable place to be.

I would like the oppurtunity to be unbanned to prove that by-gones are by-gones. Through out my stay on RPUK I would like to think I kept a good record with only 2 bans in my very early days.

I would have like to of written more on this unban appeal but I can't find anything more to say other than thank you for approving my account at the chance for a unban appeal and thank you for taking the time to read my unban appeal.
Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes

Dear Whiskey/Jim Daniels,

I respond to you calmly and courteously to inform you that the short answer is no.

The long answer...

On the 5th day of February in 2023 you had a forced name change after choosing the name Whiskey Jack.
Strike one.

On the 22nd day of February in 2023 you and your partner thought it was a great idea to transfer money from one of her characters to spend on the total value of a vehicle bought for her other character.
Strike two.

On the 2nd day of March in 2023 a forum report was actioned against you for RVDM.

G1.1 - Random Vehicle Deathmatch (Created 2021/05/14)

Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.

You had rammed and killed a police officer with no prior, present nor post roleplay provided.
Strike three.

On the 19th day of March in 2023 the group you had created and were actively leading to hellish damnation were all warned for breaking character and talking about Forum reports and Server rules as your character within the server.
Strike four.

On the 22nd day of March in 2023 you were spectated and asked a police officer to place all their items within the boot of a car to avoid said items potentially breaking bypassing a system designed for server balance and fairness. You did not value the server balance, nor did you intend to provide quality roleplay. You even at one point insinuated you intended to report this officer.
When called to a liaison to give you the benefit of the doubt and apologise, you insinuated you weren't aware this was exploiting.
You and I both know you are more intelligent than that.
This was your second ban, the first permanent ban.
Such a disappointment as hopes were so high for this new exciting group and it's leader.
Strike five.

On the 30th day of March in 2023 you were unbanned. Within that appeal you stated the methods you had allegedly used to encourage players to not break rules.
One of these was a strike system;
we implemented a Strike system (1,2,3 strikes and your out)
Another was a fine system where you would charge members every time they broke a rule which seemed like it happened a lot as the characters could never afford these fines.
we implemented a fine system (You break a rule you donate to the church) but they either never had money or never paid the fine
Then lastly within that appeal as a method to stop your group ruining roleplay, breaking rules and being general trolls you stated you resorted to kicking people.
we kicked multiple people to try and clean it up.

This part is important now, within that appeal you stated;
I believe "The Occult" will wash away, it has a damaged reputation which hurts considering I really wanted something great out of it.
I remember how defeated you were then, I leant a shoulder to lean on because you had me believe that this was simply a rough start, a mountain to climb, a lesson learned.
I rooted for the Occult. Back then I rooted for you to pick yourself up and be a new generation of F6 whitelisted group leader.
The occult didn't wash away, it grew.
It achieved things through hard work, great roleplay and the difficult scars of a less than perfect beginning.

The group under your reign continued to break rules and continued to be caught.
Strike six.

A small pause in strikes.
"The good times"
"The grind for unholy greatness"
Until something snapped.
A small black and white animal of no real remark "passed away"

On the 25th day of September in 2024 you encouraged the entire coven to leap dramatically off a cliff side in unison to grieve the passing of what was once a respected family member.
In doing so you were warned and reminded of two rules;
(G2.4) Value of Life
At all times you are to value your life
and
(G1.7) Community Leaders
Players who are business owners, organisation leaders or high ranking police officers/NHS personnel. These players should be a leading source of quality story lines and consistently strong roleplayers. Thus will be held to a higher standard under our rules and guidelines. If you wish to become a community leader, you should consistently create roleplay scenarios of a high standard for yourself and others.
A silly miscalculation. A bit of fun gone too far.
However, this was a theme. Your shadow grew once again.
Strike seven.

On the 18th day of October in 2024 a move had been made against a high ranking member of NHS. You lost your spark. The details that awarded you the coats on your characters backs, the masks on your faces faded into that shadow.
You didn't take the criticism well.
Neither did your group.
Instead of being a responsible leader of a now whitelisted group, and inviting the recipient of lack lustre roleplay to speak as adults within a liaison, you took to attacking en masse their live stream.
Strike eight.

Your character jumped off that cliff in September but you as a player, a supposed rational, reasonable, responsible leader took a leap off the deep end.

On the 24th day of October in 2024 you relinquished all rights and ownership of The Occult. You willingly gave the body, blood and bones away to a new leader.
A leader you chose.
You did the mature thing of realising you didn't have the time, patience or energy to continue here within RPUK.
Your own opinion there was a large un-balance but wanted to leave respectfully without
being known as that guy that dipped without everything be sorted.
You know what happened after.

On the 11th day of November in 2024 a discussion was being had. You left but suddenly were back with a vengeance.
Whatever had boiled your blood is now in the past.
It was almost obsessive your fixation on the new chapter of the occult.
You just couldn't, wouldn't let it go.
It was your way or no way.
I can understand, to a degree, the frustration of the foundations being buried and built anew.
The legacy you believe you had left being remodelled and your name burned.
But it wasn't yours anymore.
You left.
Strike 10.
The chinese whispers turned into violent war cries.
With lots of discussion, plotting and disappointment we ended up

On the 15th day of November in 2024 your C1.6 with a 6 month cooldown.
Many things were done to deserve this community ban.
Awful things were being said.
Obsessive digging and slandering based on misinformation you likely hadn't bothered to fact check.
The influencing of others to perform for you on the server in your absence while you watched through a stream.

The behaviour was irrational, unreasonable and with the burden of proof against countless hours spent investigating circumstances out of fairness.
The respect completely lost.
The disappointment evolved into grief of someone who once had an amazing vision for a unique roleplay experience.
I sincerely wish for good health and happiness for you. Just not here.

I believe even still to date a few people who know of me have tested the staffs patients by bringing my characters name up either in-game, forums or discord.
This shows me you haven't really taken a break or cast this community out of your mind.

RPUK thrives with a strong community that whom make the server a enjoyable place to be.
It does and you shall not be a part of it ever again.

This door is brandished, burned and buried.
This by-gone is a bye, gone.

Denied.
