Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for meta gaming ( G3.1 ) then got changed to a C1.15 not sure why because I was away for the last 2 weeks
Why should we unban you: Hello, sorry for the inconvenience but I've opened this ticket about my ban being changed from a G3.1 to a C1.15 , I've been away for the last 2 weeks from home and unsure of the reason why it has been changed. I checked what ban is a C1.15 and saw it was ban evasion which is not possible because after I had been banned on the 13/05/24 (This may have been the date but unsure but this is the date of my appeal getting put on cooldown). This may have been my older brother since he had started playing on my pc because he had sold his to get a better one and he had told me he had tried playing on it since I was away visiting family , I'm unsure of what city's he has tried to play , could you help me through this situation? I'm not expecting a unban but maybe my ban being changed back since I would have a chance of getting to play this city again since this was out of my control, thank you for your time

Too bad - you’ve lied to us throughout this entire process, so forgive me when I say - I don’t believe you.

Fact is, I don’t care enough to host a long discussion or investigation either given you’ve already proven you won’t tell the truth.

You’ve lost that opportunity.

I told you that you can’t appeal until 13/06/2024, that remains. We cannot and will not spend the time trying to separate you from your brother - I find it incredibly convenient that this is now the excuse you’re wheeling out, and I will not waste more staff time on this.

When you appeal after your cooldown, you will appeal for everything, the C1.15 and the G3.1. You will tell the truth, you will not lie. If your story doesn’t come out of the washer untrained, you will have a longer cooldown and find it very hard to come back from.
