Unban Appeal for markdavies

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have no understanding to why I was banned, I have read the appeal and can see it from their side, but it is false and simply not the case. There's more than meets the eye.
Why should we unban you ?:
Before making reparations, I think there may have been some misunderstanding, which I need to clear up on my end.

They implied that this was the case, and it is repulsive that they claimed it to be the whole truth and nothing but the truth. How can one make such an appeal if they don't fully acknowledge what the other side is doing?
The voice-chat feature has been giving me a lot of trouble lately, which makes it such that I can't hear other players while they can hear me, and vice versa. Believe it or not, I also get lag and crashes quite often. Although it hasn't been simple, I haven't let it interfere with my enjoyment of this fantastic roleplay community. I do make an effort to correct my voice chat as soon as I join every time, but sadly this doesn't always happen or takes a while.
In this case, it's obvious that my voice chat wasn't working. I did, however, indicate at one point that I can't hear them, but I'm not sure it was expressed because my memory sometimes gets the better of me.
I don't completely understand why one police car pursued me while I was just going about my daily business and running a few cab errands. If I'm being completely honest, I lag on my screen, and before I know it, the police car is in front of me. I thought I had run into him by accident. I continued falling behind but tried to keep going. Before I knew it, I had some PC issues at home and crashed. I did return later, but nobody was there.
Please understand my situation; this is preposterous, and I find it inconceivable that such police officers would actually record one, let alone that he never contacted me or even tried to find out what was happening.
I can guarantee that under no circumstances will I disobey such rule, let alone turn down the opportunity to participate in any roleplay.
