Why do you think you were banned: game modifications IE a ticket has been opened on me for cheating
Why should we unban you: The ticket was dealt by members of staff who I believe to be conflicts of interest. I know that certain members of a gang are sat openly calling me a cheater and saying I should be banned, and now I am all of a sudden banned after a ticket has been opened and a specific staff member has dealt with this. I personally believe this should have been dealt with other staff or staff leads due to the MASSIVE conflict of interest. I only use NVIDIA overlay, Crosshair X and discord overlay like I stated in the ticket. I have been shut down in the ticket shown no evidence.
soo i think i should be unban because I have been falsely banned for cheating

I hope all has been well?

Why would this be a conflict of interest? Can staff members not look in to things like they are meant to?

Why does "bias" always have to play a part in things? I admit, even I have not looked in to things and given it to other staff members to avoid "bias" claims but after some time it gets rather annoying feeling like you cannot do something that you are meant to be doing because people want to shout bias at any point they get

thanks for your reply. If you would like me to go into detail as to why I claim that this decision is bias then I am more than happy to go through it from my side
If you would like to open a ticket and add me to it I can no problem go through the reasons with an explanation.
as I don’t believe this information should be mentioned on the forums. Alternatively I can do it all here

I have been falsely banned for the above accusations and have not cheated at all

I got put into a ticket and got told to take it to the forums to which the only part which has been discussed is that the decision was bias and not my innocence in the matter

Through out the entirety of the ticket made I was complimented and provided all the information which I had.

As previously mentioned in my appeal the only software I use in conjunction with FiveM / RPUk are Crosshair X, Nvidia overlay and discord overlay.

I can 100% see this from your side in the respect of people shouting bias on repeat however, it’s what I feel has occurred in this case and thought I would voice this on the forums as I have been told by staff in the ticket I was in
