Why do you think you were banned: for leaving when I was dead and coming back online another time (idk the term)
Why should we unban you: It was an honest mistake, I died from hunger while I was changing clothes late one night and got off because I was annoyed and got on a couple weeks later and someone was in the clothing store and tried to drive me to the hospital. What I should have done was not log off initially or just respawn by myself to avoid everything else. I have done lots of great RP in this server and dedicated lots of time to it aswell, made a lot of friends and feel like i played a good part in the roleplay aspect in RPUK. I was buying and selling cars so I was always interacting with different people everyday. Its been 6 months since ive been banned, I had lots of time to think about what ive done and wouldn't do it again and i will think about the next time I want to log off if i'm dead

Also, it wasn't hunger you was incapacitated from - so have a dig through your memory and try to remember exactly what happened!

I have been in a couple other servers here and there and the best one ive been in was RPUK. I thought i would have to pay for a ban appeal but i was curious how it worked so went through the process yesterday. Theres no reason why it took me 6 months I just wanted to take some time away from it to be honest. I wanted to return because I was thinking of everything I had going and it was a lot including contacts, vehicles and business ideas. I honestly cant remember how I died, I thought it was hunger it mustve been like 5am for me at the time so its not clear for me.

You logged out whilst in an active RP scenario with other players, in your own words can you explain rule C2.3 and why we have it in place?

C2.3 is combat logging, when you disconnect from the server while in an active scenario. You guys have it in place because it is unrealistic to do so IRL and it takes away the fun from the game and is considered an exploit. People may do it to keep some items in their inventory, to escape from police or to avoid confrontation. I understand what I did was wrong and a mistake and I've learned from it after being permanently banned.

Alright, I am happy with your explanation of the rule,

With this I will be unbanning you today, keep in mind for the next 6 months you will be on the Fair Ban System (FBS), any rule you break will land straight onto a permanent ban,

Just thought I'd add this here, if you are needing to leave the server whilst downed let the people in the situation know with LOOC/OOC, make a ticket with staff to make us aware.
