Ban Reason: I was banned from RPUK's discord and I believe the server after a conversation with Stavik in regards to alleged copying contents from RPUK.
Why do you think you were banned: After a discussion with Stavik, understandably - he has made the decision to ban myself from RPUK's Discord. He believes I was copying the website theme and words from RPUK and this was discussed which led to a ban. I understand his reaction, my reaction would have been the same. However, facts on the table were laid out and they weren't entirely read through. Please read below why I believe I should be unbanned.
Why should we unban you: Stavik made a point that I have copied RPUK's website and integrated it into my own version. However, that was not the case and this can also still be proven. The facts on the table are that indeed I have copied of using a website instead of documents to store information for players. However, the contents of the website were not copied from RPUK at all - they were all copied and pasted from College of Policing official website and twisted into my own words to suit roleplay.
A lot of communities use websites such as google sites to store documents for their members, not just me, or RPUK. I understand Stavik's decision in the moment and I'd like to confidently argue that my point was proven in the discussion but Stavik did not care about it, which again - I understand his reaction, mine would have been the same.
This ban was set in place over a year ago and I'm looking to re-join my first ever server being RPUK after gaining years of experience in roleplay and community engagement. If an opportunity is presented to re-join RPUK's server and community, my head will not turn. I'm interested in simply returning to enjoy roleplay and gaming time after work. My plans are to blend in the crowd, keep my head down, roleplay a character, and have fun gaming in RPUK.
I am currently banned from the Discord, but I also believe with the Discord ban would automatically come a game ban. I'm unsure about this, I hope we can resolve this.
