Why should we unban you ?: I thought the person who asked me was talking about my age in the roleplay server but i did not know it was about real life age.

So PEGI isn't the only rule you've broken however you did admit to being underage when asked by a staff member. We have the PEGI rule in place to not only protect members of the community but the player as well due to what can happen within roleplay. I'll quote what we have posted within our community rules page below;

Because GTA5 is rated Mature/17+ by ESRB, and 18+ by PEGI, and our server's location is kind of 'in-between' those jurisdictions, for safeguarding reasons we have elected to adopt an 18+ policy for players on our FiveM server. Players discovered below this age may well find themselves banned, and due to the intricacies of privacy law, identity-fraud and commonsense, may not be unbanned for significant time. We accept no liability for ensuring players are old enough, nor do we get into the minefield of 'proof of age'... it's sufficient to say that if you're under-age, and you get found out, you're gone, once we know. This is for everyone's protection.

So what this means is that your appeal at this time will be denied as you did say you we're underage. Due to what you mentioned to the staff member you won't be able to appeal this ban until August 2024 to be on the safe side to ensure you are of age.
