Why do you think you were banned: Good Morning,

So I have been banned for Ilegal clint. I would like to start off by saying I have been part of this community for the past 4 years. In this 4 years I have had my ups and downs on this server and with staff. Recently my behaviour has not been great, And this has been born out of frustration of the current issues Grove have come up against. I will not go into detail here for obvious reasons.

I have been able to sort my gang out and somehow control the level of toxicity shown towards mara. Past week this has seen a massive improvment and many warnings handed out to people ect and we was getting to the point where people understood that its a game at the end of the day and you should not take it personally or out of character. We all have lessons to learn from this current war and how quick issues can escalate and I know personally I need to learn to step back before speaking somtimes as we all do and not speak when frustrated.

Now onto the reason I was banned. Staff have made me aware that there is clips / Evidence of me cheating. This is my second ban for aledged cheating. The first time staff went into great detail with me in order for me to prove my inocents, Again wont go into detail on this due to staff conversations. We now come to the point of this unbann.

I would like to confrim that I have in no way used any external software or any cheating of any kind. I have provided my side / POV to all sus kills that staff have asked me too and really dont know what more I can do at this point to prove this. I have always encouraged Grove to clip absolutly everything to keep them safe and have over the past 4 months of Grove's rebuild had very strict staff monitoring to get Grove back to where it needs to be.

I feel that Grove is in a great place now in terms of the rebuild, Yes there has been a few issues but with a strong Higher up team we have been able to get though this.

I have always been open and honest with staff and anytime I have been in a ticket or questioned have always prioitised sorting it out. I am happy for any staff checks or clips to be shown to prove that I am not hacking in anyway.

My years of playing games and playing games to a high level has taught me how to shoot, Previously played CSGO and other shooters to a high level (Not going into detail here) but this included attending events where PC's get checked regularly before you play. This is the same PC I use for that and if I had any software of anything sus on my computer it would mean being blacklisted for life which is not somthing I would ever want.

I have even stopped using CrosshairX on my computer so that when I clip kills Staff can see where my crosshair is to make it untimatly clear where I am shooting ect.

I have nothing to hide and I am open to all and any further checks that need to be completed to prove this.
Why should we unban you: I believe that I should be unbanned as I have proven myself as a strong gang lead and able to go though multiple rebuilds with Grove and never giving up. The most recent rebuild with Grove has been all about RP and we have activly avoided shooting others and tried to sort it with fun and interesting ways. If I was hacking I would be pushing for fights and this is just not the case at all. We have only ever defended ourselfs as Grove and tried to come up with ways to sort beefs without bloodshed.

As stated before, I have been in the community for 4 years and have learnt so much, Yes I have been banned quite a few times for various reasons but feel I dont make the same mistake twice.

My most recent ban was for UNK which was dealt with and before this not been banned for 6+ months. All i can say is that it would not make sense for me having recently been unbanned for the above reason to then use hacks? I know that I have been getting watched and looked into which is why I recently sent a few clips to staff. It would not make sense at all to then use hacks while being so closely monitored. (Like to point out again that I have not used any hacks previously just a statement)

I would really like staff to reconsider this as I again have nothing to hide and feel that I am just getting Grove to where I wanted it to be and have so much planned for Grove in the future.

I can honestly say that I have changed my outlook on my attitude towards certain people and will be taking advice on board going foward.

I hope whoever deals with this really sees the ins and outs of this and can see how this for me just doesn't make sense with so much to lose. If you require any further evidence or want to speak to me further please let me know as happy to discuss further and do what I can to get back to Grove and this community.

I would also like to add. I play alot of other games. Including the new battlefield, COD, League and Valorant which all have very high level anti cheats for example Kernal anti cheat and Vanguard. If I had any software on my PC I would run the risk of not being able to play any of these above games which again is not worth it at all.

I have put a lot of effort into my unban but I would like to propose something, I know you have suspicions of me hacking but this simply is just not true and I would like to prove it to you.

My idea is that Ramsay RAMBO be put in Prison for a time that you desire (This fits his current RP and warrants within RP) and during this time I play a different character that is not allowed to be gang affiliated in anyway. To show how quality my RP can be. This will show you that I am about the RP and not the fragging, I believe that this will be a way of also showing staff that I am legit and actually here to improve the server and not ruin it. I have been a big part of this community for over 4 years now and for it to come to an end in such a way is honestly upsetting.

I have been very honest with staff and tried my best to get rid of the people impacting the community in a negative way. I really hope you consider this as during my break it has shown me that I really do still enjoy playing the server over the past 4 years and hope that can continue and that I can build that trust back with staff.

My attitude has been poor recently and I fully accept that, I should not have been so aggressive or toxic to Mara members OOC and this was purely out of frustration which I know is wrong and reflecting on this I should have known better.

My aim is to help support the server in the long run and it would make no sense for me to risk so much as I spend most of my time in RPUK weather that being in game or sorting gang stuff / issues and managing it all. I really don't want to give this up and really hope I can get a chance to prove this going forward.
