Why do you think you were banned: As stated in my last appeal.
Why should we unban you: I am writing this with hopes that staff really reconsider their actions against me.
Over the past 4 years I have been part of this community and feel that I have had a massive impact on it in terms of improvement within the server and community. I have helped with views and testing of new things being implemented as well as having a previous close relationship with staff. Recently I have let the staff team down with both being toxic in group members and not appropriate in tickets. I would like to sincerely apologise for this behaviour and my break from the game has made me even more aware of the impact that this can have. I have had some personal issues in my own life recently which I wont go into here but a few staff members are aware of what job I do and can say honestly is a big part of that.
I would like to highlight to staff some of my best bits that I have brought to the community in an attempt to show you how much I have helped build this community for the better and will be given another chance to prove this further.
I started in the server as a cop as I liked the whole UK law. As my time playing a cop I have enjoyed the roleplay that I had seen but felt like I wanted to try more. I was in the police for over a year and progressed within it to RPU which was great fun. I always got good compliments on my roleplay as well as my knowledge of the law and procedures. Due to the demand in my real life I had to give this up and try something different and decided to join a gang. I knew TOK from Grove and decided to build on that.
I joined Grove around 3 years ago as a hang around. This was the start of an amazing adventure. I meet so many people and started to gain trust within my own gang. Over them few years I had managed to survive the ever relentless strains that grove has overcome and managed to help rebuild them over and over. I have then managed to get to be the leader of Grove. Admittedly I never wanted to be a leader but needed to step up at the time. I found the first few months of this very hard and there was a lot of internal issues that had been addressed. From then I managed to rebuild the gang from the ground up having my core 5 people helping me. This moves us to the grove of today. They really are a strong group and we take each others advice to work out what is best for the gang. Grove is in the strongest position it has been in for years due to this team work. I feel that with further work we can be one of the strongest in the server and leaders of roleplay scenarios. We have all said that our main aim in Grove is not to be the strongest fighters but the smartest and keep roleplay at the front of everything we do. I feel that if I am allowed back I can continue to press this and keep us on track.
During my time as Grove lead I have been in contact with staff at most points during my time fixing issues and advising my group when things are going wrong. During the most recent rebuild of Grove we have been handholded by staff. This involved a very honest and critical review most weeks of what the gang is doing and why. We built back this trust and slowly managed to get all our whitelisting perks back by showing that as a gang we can put Roleplay first. Also during my time of lead was when the drugs was being tested and brought back into the server. I spent so much time giving data on the first few issues we was having and giving detailed updates to staff about this. The time I have spent of my own time in staff meetings with other leads and discussion on how to improve the server. Yes I am outspoken but passionate.
I just want staff to realise that why would I put so much effort in the above to do something stupid like hacking on something I care for. I really would like staff to revote on this and consider the above and all of my history as my attitude has been poor and I accept that and will not let the staff team down if they just give me one last chance.
I want to thank whoever gives this is time to read the above and really consider what I am saying and that I am here to improve the server I have spent so many years on and want to continue to support Grove in being what I know they can be. Thank you.
