Why do you think you were banned: i was banned for breach of rule c1.2, i used a homophobic slur during a scene with the police while assisting a friend at pill box
Why should we unban you: since my last appeal. i have taken the full timeout to reflect on my behaviour. i understand that the language i used has no place in this community, regardless of the heat of the moment or habits picked up else where.

i have a history of contributing positively to the server. and i want to return and show you of the changes i have made while reflecting in my time out.

i had already show accountability by making a ticket and warning a member of staff they had banned the wrong person and it was me who had said this word. to ensure others was not to be blamed for my foolish actions.

i understand rules are there to protect the environment for everyone, and i can ensure all members of the community i will never use such language again and hope for a second chance to continue enjoying my time as a committed member of the RPUK Community.

Hello thank you for reviewing my appeal.

And honestly im an absolute idiot the word was something I had heard alot at the time being in American servers hearing how it got took out the christmas song and it just slipped out. on my last appeal there is a clip of the incident and straight away I said to my friend "you cant say that here can you and I said it just slipped out"

Ive litterly counted down the days to re do my appeal as I know deep down it was an accident and I held my hand up on the day it happened.

What I can say during my time away I have continued to play five m roleplay I have built up a better understanding of rules and I have gained more self control in what I say. And im happy to say I have. It said this word since that day.

If you could give me a second chance I promise the only things you will get from me is positivity and great RP

Can you walk me through the rp that was happening at the time?

You mentioned you have gained more self control, can you explain in your own words why this rule is so important and in place?

Yes certainly, so we was at pill box assisting some friends and trying to divert the police attention away. Then the police started shooting at our vehicle and hit my friend so I took over driving to get away. the officer was shouting, I decided to evade and as I was driving off thats when I made the most stupidest slip up with saying what I had said.

Yes I got more self control as in I really think before I speak now.

The rule is in place to give everyone a friendly non racist non homophobic and a non judgemental safe environment, its there to stop people being bullied and being made out to be any different from anyone else. And to stop toxicity within the server

I am truly sorry for my actions,and I apologise to all that was involved.
