I will start my appeal by saying that I never expected or thought that I would see myself on this section of the forums. I have been a part of the FiveM community for a little over 8 months, but I was also a part of the ALUK times of the community for about 2 years, and I was never banned or sanctioned for anything. But, here we are today after my stupid actions, for which I take full responsibility and I acknowledge the seriousness and immaturity of my actions and words.

The situation that led to me getting banned was the following: I got a call from one of my close friends from TFA about a gun order that just came in, and he asked me if I was interested, and to also see if anyone in gang was interested. I then text my friend, asking if he is interested in anything, in which he replies that he isn't. I then type out a sentence that is completely unacceptable and I get chat banned. I sincerely apologize for this, it was dumb, immature and in no way can I justify using that type of language, however I did not mean what I typed out in a derogative way, or meant to offend my friend, it was a immature and idiotic choice of words and language.

I have had time to reflect on my actions and what I did wrong. I would like to sincerely and deeply apologize for my stupid and immature actions. Words and language like that has no place in a community like this. I understand that I must conduct myself in the best possible way, and not use the absolutely idiotic and ridiculous language that I used that day. The words I said were not meant to be harmful or to target anyone, it was a simply slip of mind and tongue, which cannot be used as an excuse, but it happened. I fully acknowledge the stupidness and immaturity of my actions, and I am deeply sorry for it, and a ban was justifiable for such a stupid and outrageous language.

I would like to explain the rules I broke:

C1.7 (Common Sense) Chat ban: As a Roleplay game, every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense.

With the C1.7 rule, it is obvious that language like that has no place or room in an adult community, and that it is unacceptable for anyone to use it, regardless of circumstances.

C1.2 (Discrimination): Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination.

I completely take full responsibility and accountability and I acknowledge that I broke this rule. What I said is completely unacceptable and I understand it. I would just want to point out that I did not mean it in any derogatory or insulting form, it was not meant to offend the recipient and it was a slip of tongue which is unacceptable, and I really am sorry.

I am really sincere in my apology, and I hope it comes across that way. I have had great moments in this community during my time, and I would like to create new amazing moments and experiences with others. If I was to be unbanned, I would continue to provide fun and interactive roleplay on my Police character, while also doing the same on my criminal character, however making moments on that character more breath-taking and on the edge so to say.

I would once again like to deeply apologize for my actions, it is unacceptable what I did and I hope you give me another chance to prove that it will never happen again and that I will be trying my absolute hardest to provide the best possible roleplay at all times and make every interaction a one to remember and enjoy partaking in.

You have had a clean record with only one warning, why ruin it now with discrimination? It isn't making sense to me

I have indeed been a community member for some time, with a fairly clean record.

The behaviour displayed, for which I have been banned for is very out of character for me. It is not the person I am, nor the person I want to be. It was incredibly stupid of me to even allow such words to circulate on my mind, and evidently bring in-game in a moment of not thinking. There is all sorts of content on the internet, and certain FiveM servers and other communities have different policies on certain words. I am not personally to impressed with it, but after consuming content online words can end up sticking to your subconscious brain. Having some time away, and also time to reflect i have realized how important it is to think before you speak / write and have taken measures to assure a similar "slip up" will never occur again.

It was a genuine mistake, which was unacceptable, and I take full responsibility for my actions. As you have said, I have been a member of this community for a very long time, and I pride myself with that fact. This behaviour is not me, I am not that type of person, it was a slip of tongue caused by online content. I am not trying to blame it on content, my choice of words is a 110% my choice and I am fully responsible for that, what im trying to get across here is the fact that is not my way of speaking, and I hope you can understand me.

The way it happened was purely a slip of tongue, certain words was lingering on my subconscious brain after watching content where language was being used. Without thinking, in regards to a weapon order I texted my friend in-game and wrote a degrading and racist remark. It is unacceptable, and I completely understand it.

I think everyone can get effected, willingly or not by content and the environment they surround themselves with. Like I mentioned, I have had some time to reflect on the importance of thinking before I speak / write. With this being said, I have taken steps to avoid content encouraging this type of language. Whilst simultaneously making myself think twice before I communicate with other people, verbally and through text. At the end of the day, this language has no place in this community, and it is completely my responsibility to act like a decent adult person. The situation is very unfortunate, and I can only give my word it will no be a re-occuring theme. The time I spent in this community I believe can be a re-assurance, and my clean record, that a situation like this will never happen again.

Please read the rules over again before joining back.

Any rule breaks within the next 6 months will bring you back here
