Ban Reason: C3.0 - Advertising
Why do you think you were banned: As this ban happened 4 years ago, and since then I have not had a PC and stopped gaming, at first I was unaware as to why I got this ban, but some helpful staff in the discord pointed out to me why this ban happened, which was for advertising a different server. Which I do not remember doing but as I got banned it must have happened which I understand is a fair fact. So I won’t try to argue and say I didn’t break the rule.
Why should we unban you: I understand that this rule break calls for a permanent ban, so I would understand if I get denied. But I think people change and deserve a second chance. I am much more grown up now and I am more mature and aware of how serious rules can be for servers on FiveM. When I used to play this server I had put a lot of hours in and feel like I had made good RP situations on this server, and if I were to get unbanned, I would continue doing the same, and bringing more players to the community to do so aswell.

What brings you back to FiveM?
Can you explain what the C3.0 rule is and why it is in place?

Good afternoon Scott,

The C3.0 rule is Advertising. Which is in place because people/other servers shouldn’t be able to benefit off of the time and work that has been put in to build this community up, to make their own server more popular and try to take the players from this community.

When I last played FiveM a few years ago, I had to sell my pc for some personal reasons, and a few months ago I bought a new one and had been playing some other cities, and a few days ago realised that this sever was still active and remembered that I used to enjoy this sever so I wanted to get back into this city.

Although I understand that this offence comes with a permanent ban, I hope that second chances could exist and the past doesn’t jeopardise me being able to enjoy this sever again.

Although you only played for a couple of weeks (from what I can see), it would seem those two weeks made a lasting impression. Can you describe a situation you enjoyed back then? As it's been four years, I'll understand if it's not the most detailed description.

I were to get unbanned, I would continue doing the same, and bringing more players to the community to do so aswell.

I want to follow up on this. What exactly do you mean by this, especially "bringing more players to the community"?

The things I remember from what I enjoyed was the jobs, I started off trucking, and met some very good members of the community and made friends on there that I still speak to to this day, who I’m not sure if still play the server, I also remember the roleplay from the police being very professional and realistic and not like other servers. - I apologise as this isn’t very detailed/helpful in terms of what you may be looking for as an answer.

By bringing more people to the community, I just mean that I have a few friends who are also interested in finding a good serious RP sever who I’d bring into the city, if I were to be given another chance.

I had thought I had spent more then a few weeks on this server, back when I played I also used to play a few different types of servers but now recently I am way more interested in the serious RP servers.

I'm willing to give you a second chance; however, as per FBS, if you are banned within the next six months for any rule break, you will be permanently banned again and need to appeal—do you understand this?

Yes I understand, and will make sure to read all the rules again as I assume certain things must have changed since I last played, and make sure I am well aware of them all.

I really appreciate you giving me a second chance.

I was going to suggest just that, but yes, please ensure you refresh yourself with all of our rules. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask others or open a ticket with staff directly.

For your information, you should edit your previous post rather than send a new one. Doing so could be considered "bumping your appeal", which could result in it being locked and not reviewed for several days.
