Dear Admins,
Today me and my friend were banned as we pulled out two Trucks at the Garage at the UNMC Checkpoint.
The Situations was the following:
We were transporting Ilegal Drugs from a stash-house far behind Athira to the local Garage, and switched there to a Hatchback Sport to save some traveltime for the lenghty way to the Weed Processor.
As we pulled up at the Checkpoint i announced to the local Guard that i would like to exchange my Hatchback Sport for two trucks and paid the respective amount.
Moments later they turned their decision around and told me that they would seize my vehicle due to illegal usage of the Garage. I was absolutly baffled since i never read such a rule here in the Server Rules or in the UNMC Outpost Protocol. I asked politetly for a superior of Lt. White who made the decision, and was nearly instant banned by an admin. (all done in a proper RP way)
Changing vehicles (for time saving / travel comfort reasons)at the Garage at the Checkpoint was a common practice done be me and other people the last weeks.
I would personally ban myself IF the above behavior would be:
- Stated at the Rules
- Mentioned in a forum post.
- Made clear before by UNMC Personell at the Outpost the weeks before when i asked if can change vehicle.
What does the taken action mean for the rest of the players?
- Once you are transporting goods in a car or vehicle, you are not allowed to park it in a Garage and take it out in a different one to save travel time.
I have never broken any rules on this server, never VDMed, RDMed and always tried to make the best RP possible.
I respect generally rules. But in this case i feel mistreated and banned by capriciousness.
