Unban request? :s

When I try join the game it just says 'You were kicked off the game' but I haven't done anything wrong considering I haven't played it since yesterday and all I was doing was making money off salt, as a donator im pretty annoyed and I would like to know why (if its not a bug or something) am I banned? :S

Sometimes random disconnects/kicks can occur completely out of our hands... if you would of been banned it would of said
