I found out yesterday that you can store other peoples vehicles in your house so i did it to my friend and i could not get it back out and it was not at the impound or any garages so we had to contact staff to get his car back

Don't store other peoples vehicles in your garage, he will need to go to his house garage in order to get his vehicle back.
