Vehicles deleted when getting in / viewing them

When you view the following vehicles in the shop or attempt to get into them they vanish:

• Buzzard
  
• Frogger
  
• Frogger (2 are on the list in the air shop)
  
• Maverick
  
• Terrorbyte
  
• Mobile Operations Centre
  

I assume this is because they have been added to a blacklist, or possibly to stop people from accessing civilian spawned helicopters, but some people have bought these vehicles and are unable to use them.
