Voice open when downed

I got downed while speaking on the radio and the game left me with my voice open constantly but the icon in the top left wasn't changing to yellow to show me talking it was only while some commented on my awesome rapping while i was in the hospital bed reviving that i was told they could hear me

as i couldn't access the esc menu while downed i had to wait till i could use the menu to quit out and relog to stop the constant broadcasting
