Summary: Water creating police clothing "shiny"

Full Description:
Recently myself and other officers have noticed that when certain police clothing gets wet, they have a weird shine to them. The clothing I have noticed this on is:
> All Firearms Vests
> Male DSU Vest
> CID Ballistic Vest
> Firearms Undershirts (long sleeve & short)
> DSU Undershirt
> Leg Pistol Holster

There may be many many more that I haven't discovered yet. Feel free to add anymore you have this issue with bellow.

I have attached a single photo which shows all the issues above.

Yeh, can second this, it makes everything look very glossy and strange, also not using any graphic mods.
