at the moment you need a gun however this will be looked into for a future update.

You need the gun in your hand. If you Shift + H it on your back. It is not working either.

I've been trying it, but can't seem to get it to work.. Hmm, I'll try different items etc and see if they work.

BTW, when i'm playing as a medic, the new animations are a god send, i can, and have had some pretty funny situations already with them, love them
