I brought a new graphics and i have been getting this and its really annoying me. Anyone have any ideas?

i quite often run through areas in/out of combat and my guy will turn into the yellow shooting target or I will see a random car window on my screen. Very creepy.

But nope, you can live with Summer in your screen
