You're better off messaging one of the staff members about a business proposal, I'm sure Stealthee is the person you're looking for. If it was up to me I'd put in a little bit more effort into the document. Give your characters backstory, why you deserve the business and why they should pick you over anybody else, your future plans on where the business in headed and just organize the doc a little bit better.
