Description of what happened:
VDM in Kavala safe zone (with RDM as well of course). I saw about 5-6 kills from the same guy at least in chat. Possibly more while I was dead.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No repsonse in chat. He did not respond to police officers that arrived on scene either
 
Value of item/money lost:
25,000 + 150,000 + 5,000 + 2,000 = 182,000
Rook pistol + MX rifle + carryall backpack + nightvision goggles. Plus ammo and other miscellaneous items not that valuable

I'm not 100% but as the police officer on scene during this I contacted Maratek and Sovereign - Maratek was at work at the time and I was told by Sovereign in literally "ban hammer incoming", I can only assume they're banned.
