Does NPAS Command want to buy these?

So I have these lovely Police choppers in my garage from the days of old and I was wondering if NPAS would potentially be interested in buying them.

We have the I-99, M-900 and the MH-9.

How the fuck are you getting all those police skinned helicopters? Can you buy them from the prestige shop or something like that?

Old old bug where a civilian skin got converted to NPAS ones.
