How to fix the slow server browser on arma 3?

For some reason for the past year my server browser has been very slow for arma 3? 

Is there anyway to fix this? By slow i mean it finds servers very slow and it is very annoying

I had this issue with an old internet router which would crash my internet, literally if I used the Arma 3 server browser. 

 
Go to Steam --> Settings --> In-Game.

then put this higher:
