Advice required for new system

Hello all I was just wondering if anyone here could give me some advice maybe some pointers as I want to get a new system as mine is getting on now and I don't want to build it myself so am probs going to use PC Specialist or some other custom gaming pc site I have checked some of there websites and came up with this system. What do you all think and is there anywhere I can improve on etc I am looking at a budget of around 2500-3000 as this will be a massive upgrade from my current system which has been neglected in regards to upgrades for a while sadly.

CPU = i9-9900k
Motherboard = Either Z390 E Gaming or ROG Maximus XI Hero
Memory = 32GB Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz
Graphics = 2080 Ti (No 1080s on site)
Hard Drive = 2TB Samsung 860 Evo
SSD Drive = 2TB Samsung 970 Evo
Power Supply = Corsair 750Insert other media
Processor Cooling = Corsair H100 Hydro Cooler

I'd say switch the CPU for a i7 7700k or 9900k

And then for GPU get a 1070 or a 2070, the 80's are simply overkill for almost anything (but i don't know you needs so you might need it who knows)

For the SSD you could save money by getting a smaller SSD and then have all games on the HDD. Ram looks good, but personally i don't see why you would need 36 gigs, as every game has 16 gigs as recommended spec.

Looks like a beast i would downgrade the SDD as you dont need that much space. 750gb and you should have plenty for windows and games, then keep all your storage on the hdd. What monitor you got? If you have 1080p/1440p 60hz monitor you might want to spend that money on a upgrade there aswell

@SJones i'm running a build with a z390 aurus ultra and an i9-9900k currently. the 9900k is a hot cpu, so 2 things you should make sure of:

• Make sure the motherboard actually runs as many phases as it states. some motherboards state that they have 8 phase +2 vrms but in reality are actually 4 due to how the circuitry of the motherboard is set up. this can cause over-heating which is something you must avoid, especially if you're going to oc. Also make sure the vrm has good cooling.
  
• Try to go for as big a radiator as possible, i'm running an h150i and oced the cpu at 5.0GHz at 1.35V and was getting around  75/80 degrees when bench-marking
  

Also word of advice, unless you're doing rendering or video editting I wouldn't go with a 9900k, the price to performance ratio isn't worth it... If i were to buy my stuff again i'd probably go for the 8700k or 9700k. Check this vid out:

And to future proof you should probably go with an 850W PSU in case u'd be interested in SLI on that 2080ti in future
