As you can see form the video above i was heading over to the kavala garage to investigate a report from a medic about an illegal firearm as i arrived the man who is being reported wasted no time before he took off running. I took off chasing his as you see in the video and also while i chased him i did help another man in the video. As i approached him at the rear of the kavala officer building i heard a medic say “he's threatening to shoot me he's here officer” i did pull my gun from my back and as i turned the corner i got instantaniaslty shot without no waning. The second thing is about combat logging as you can see from the second video we were attempting to question him as FA simon was talking to him he just disconnected

We can see that Chung Lee never tries to roleplay with you before shooting. Whilst he did threaten the medic and was in a chase with you this does not excuse you shooting someone without properly roleplaying first. Whilst I can see why he would shoot you it's still a breach of rule 2.2. What should've been done instead is that the man should've told everyone to back off before it goes ugly rather then just tell the medic he will be shot and then start shooting everyone. You also claim that he combat logged but I can't find anything of that in the video. Non the less I will be issuing a ban for breach of rule 2.2 RDM as the person has made no efforts in discussing the situation or defending himself in this report.
