Please (in detail) describe the incident
After almost being involved in a Traffic accident with the Box truck at the beginning of the video, I decided to pull it over for driving without any headlights. He decided to evade from Police, however we noticed an armed robbery being committed just a bit down the street, we decided to prioritize that and turned our patrol vehicle around. The suspects (2) decided to evade, first Theob disconnects, then the driver (El Novato) disconnects as well. End of the story.
