Well, I was responding to an injured person North of Agios, with no prior knowledge (having not seen the way the person died) of what happened. Once landed, I headed up to revive the person and trying to ask what happened. Marcus then proceeded to execute the injured man (got nae problem with that) but then shot AND finished me off as well. After respawning I geared up and just disconnected from the server as I had to go, one of the reasons of why I haven't been able to contact Marcus to resolve this. As I have not tried to resolve this, I'd think the best outcome is to warn Marcus if he understands what he did wrong.
