I was standing next to a player named 'Big Nigel' and was typing in direct chat, I typed 'BIG' in the first message and was in the middle of typing 'NIGEL' and accidentally pressed enter when it was at 'NIG', leading to the automated ban due to detected racism in chat.

Why should we unban you ?
It was a genuine mistake that I had pressed enter before finishing typing out the name as I was attempting to communicate with the player named 'Big Nigel' in direct chat.
