When you store a weapon in a vehicle or a house, if you take the weapon out again all the attachments disappear. Can post videos if needed

 
When you give a gun that has attachments on - they seem to not carry over when you give one to another person

 
Since there have been many update since your issue will move this to solved. If it still a issue please make a new report
