Falling through Hospital

Around 30% of the time the player seems to fall though the Legion Hospital, 

Solution: Put a invisible hit box barrier between the hospital and train tracks so while you're falling it will teleport you back at the entrance. That way you can avoid getting killed. 

This happens when the streamed collisions have a conflict, this most commonly occurs when your client has multiple versions of the same area in the cache (from different servers etc) We do have some fixes coming for various maps, crashes and collision validation but that is slightly different to the bug report.
