Rewording or Clarification on G4.4

Detailed Rule Suggestion:

The rule G4.4 States
(G4.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 10 minutes.
Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.
While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone.
Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly, you were downed and have lost the fight, you will not recover instantly.
You are in medical custody until an NHS Medic releases you.

This section
"While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone."

Does that only include out of game communication? or a simple blackout of ingame tactical information while you are downed. Does this include a situation where your murderer is literally standing over your body and your friend/gangmember/policer officer turns up you cannot say they murdered you?

Outline how your rule will improve the server/community:

Clarification on a rule that could have been overlooked by many members or the community. Including myself

Think about any bad points your rule suggestion might have:

None

What punishment if any should breach of this rule have:

Standard punishment for the rulebreach

Out of game communications are covered by the Metagaming rule.

"Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly, you were downed and have lost the fight, you will not recover instantly."
Currently we do not have an issue with this going going forward provided that you are heavily injured as the rule say.  Staff will monitor  this and enforce more this going forward.

Further feedback will be appreciated and this will be revisited in a month.
