Lighting Plastic function doesn't work

Since the Prison rework, I've managed to end up in prison numerous times. Every time I do, I always try to figure out how to do all the new things. I spent 5 hours trying to figure out how to light plastic. Started with 1 sheet, wouldn't go in the inventory. Then 5, 10, 15 and 20 sheets. Still, it wouldn't go into the inventory. I tried putting the plastic on the cooker and in the fridge before hand - still nothing. 

I even tried just using the plastic to see if it dropped anything other than masks, but nothing changed.

Not entirely sure if this is intended but unfortunately I wasn't able to use this function at all. 

It does work just need to find the right recipe for it

So you don't actually put plastic in there???

Closing and moving to rejected as it is not a bug.
