Security check?

Hello! i am trying to become a NHS. i have done everything correct but it says i did not pass the serurity check? on the forum for nhs it only said security check but i cant click on anything?

 
This happened to two other people lately including me and is not the only issue I found on the forum. I was gonna report it with a video but postponed. I'll bring it forward in my to do list then
