Might be cause your going down hill and the cruise control didn't react fast enough? or maybe theres no brake system on cruise control

Tested it on flat level ground as well, same issue

Yeah it's always off by between 4/6 MPH ive noticed it too just never really annoyed me that much

Thanks for the bug report, there's also another major issue with it, which is turning with it enabled
