Please (in detail) describe the incident: Individual was good to ignore me and get on vehicle but then proceeded to taunt/drive like an idiot near to the hospital. Once knocked off the bike he did not respond to demands, only once acknowledged the voice RP element. Once arrested and placed in the rear of the vehicle, he was transported to the Station for processing where he un-sportingly left the game.

I think this is quite a clear cut case, next to no roleplay from the guy during the arrest and later on a clear combat log. There's nothing to argue here.
Appears to be no attempt at resolving the combat log either.
