I will not be actioning on the evidence brought on Herman Huber who was downed in the car on the basis that the evidence provided doesn't meet the threshold to action upon. 

However the video provided clearly shows Tobias von Stollenhausen disconnect after you have disabled his vehicle presumably to save gear or escape the situation etc. This is of course combat logging and action will be taken.
